The essence of our customer care strategy is to maintain complete control of our clients through all business processes.
Here at the Insurance Protector Group (IPG) we aim to give our customers the highest standard of service at all times. Hence policy issuing, adjustments, renewals are all managed by ourselves and not the insurers we deal with. This allows us to implement our own customer care standards which cannot be influenced by insurers.
IPG is committed to:
- Providing a marketing leading service at all times
- Offering products that remain at the forefront of their respective markets
- Using Insurers with a proven reputation for underwriting and claims handling
- Listening to our customers queries or grievances fairly with a prompt resolution to each and every transaction
- Specialising in our field by observing market trends and movements
- Implementing ongoing staff training in accordance with rules and regulations
- Strict administration processes to protect your personal information
After Sales Service
IPG endeavour to provide an exceptional after sales service, which is why we provide a complaints handling procedure if you are not wholly satisfied by either the product or service you have been supplied with.
If we have not matched your requirements in any way, there is an opportunity to opt out of any of our insurance contracts within the 14 day cooling off period from the date of inception of the insurance contract. A full refund of the premium will be given providing the policy is claim free.
Compensation Arrangements
We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit. For compulsory classes of insurance, insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the claim, without any upper limit. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS at http://www.fscs.org.uk/.
